All Night Grad Party

For 35 years the All Night Graduation Celebration committee has provided a safe, substance-free opportunity for Bedford High School seniors to celebrate, reminisce, and enjoy their last time together as a class following the graduation ceremony.

The students of the Bedford High School Class of 2024 are invited to join the All Night Grad Party June 6-7 from 10:30 PM to 5:30 AM!

Parents/caregivers of students in the Bedford High School Class of 2024, please purchase a ticket and fill out the agreement form.

To purchase a ticket, change the ticket QTY to 1, fill out the required questions and agreement form and proceed to checkout. If you have multiple Class of 2024 students, please fill out the form separately for each student.

Yes. Parent/Caregiver and student understand the student needs to be inside Bedford High School starting at 10:30 p.m. on June 7, 2024. For anyone who has purchased admission and has not arrived by 11:30 p.m., a call will be made to the parent/caregiver.

Please do not send the student with a pocketbook/bag, food or drink (including water bottles) or other items. (reset)

Parent/Caregiver and student understand that the student will not be allowed to bring a bag into the event. Everything needed should be there, including pens, for yearbooks. Girls’ necessities will be in a basket in the girls’ bathroom.

Should your graduate require any medication during the event, the EMT on duty will hold on to it. (reset)

Parent/Caregiver and student understand the student will not be allowed to hold medication on them.

Graduates may not be under the influence when entering or during the event. (reset)

Parent/Caregiver and student understand that any student found under the influence of alcohol or an illegal substance or having alcohol or an illegal substance in their possession will not be allowed into the celebration. Parent/Caregiver/Emergency contact will immediately be called and asked to pick the student up.

Any student who leaves the celebration will not be allowed to re-enter. (reset)

Parent/Caregiver and student understand that the student cannot re-enter the event if they choose to leave. An All Night Grad coordinator will notify the emergency contact(s) by phone prior to the student leaving the premises. Please leave emergency contact ringers on.

Parent/Caregiver and student understand if the student is asked to leave the celebration, they forfeit any prizes. (reset)

If the student is asked to leave because they are vaping, using an illegal substance, or otherwise breaking the rules, the student will forfeit any prize won.

All Night Grad party and Bedford Public Schools cannot be responsible for any lost items. (reset)

Parent/Caregiver and student understand that all items are the student's responsibility. Students will only need their yearbook. Key and cell phones will be collected and held safely during the event and returned to students prior to departure.
